Serious Does anyone else have this problem?

Whenever music is playing I have to actively resist the urge to move with it. It gives me a lot of anxiety, especially if I'm in public. My whole body tenses up. Sometimes it gets so bad that I start sweating and having motor tics.

I also avoid talking because I accidentally start following the rhythm of the song and making words rhyme, ded srs.

If a song is playing on TV and other people are around I have to change the channel. I even avoid shopping at stores if they're playing loud music in the background.
