Does anyone else has problems projecting their voice?

It seems like when I talk to my family members my voice is more rough and masculine, while when I talk to people irl like coworkers exc..my voice is more soft and high pitched.
Does anyone else know how to solve this problem?

Unconsciously, your brain differentiates the ones close to you, from the outsiders.
You are not going to war, you respect people you don´t know regardless.
It´s embedded in your survival instinct.
Unless, you go out of your way to be an asshole to everybody on purpose.
I´ve been there aswell.

my voice won't even go 5 cm in front of me

I sound like a dork either way

I'm 21 and sound like an autistic 12 year old

idk, either tbh my voice goes from high to low all the time though it's usually the opposite of your problem.
I have a high voice around family and friends but lower when I talk to people I don't know.

Absolutely relatable.
I can barely control this.
