One of my best copes is/was always marching music. With my first earplugs as a child I liked to listen to the Star Wars soundtrack (like the Imperial March or the Separatist March). Nowadays I listen mostly to LoTR soundtrack and marching songs from WWI/II, from various parties and from the middle ages. No idea, but I always liked the soundtrack. I even know many songs by memory and occasionally hum them while working/walking.
