Discussion Does anybody else spend all day staring at a screen?

By all day, I mean like 10+ hours looking at a screen. I do this almost every day because there's nothing else to do. Rather than socialization, and even during social events, I pull out my phone frequently.

It’s mostly just dryness, but they can ache sometimes if they’re strained for too long.

Remind yourself to blink occasionally when you stare the screen, that can also help a little bit.

Yes. Especially today. Usually I take small breaks and pace around my room, but I have nothing else to do, so I'm always back at my computer in due time.

I do like to watch anime from my TV as I lay down on my bed, though. I'm lucky my room is rather spacious. I've also considered getting into gardening and making a nice front lawn, so that I can place down many American flags.
