Does anybody else have dullness in their eyes

I don’t know if it’s because I’m missing some nutrient or some shit. But my eyes look dull.
Like they aren’t white in the whites of my eyes.
It’s hard to explain bust most people don’t have it

i have some problems with vision sometimes but i think it's because of the hood of the eye and not the eye itself.
i have some kind of sleepy eyes and they always make me look like if i was sleeping, my right eye is way worse and dull than my left eye, i should see a doctor
