He said the only potential way is cut off pieces of bone or cut out a piece and then re-attach the two ends. According to him both of those methods carry significant risks with them and might not even possible - they'd have to look into it in greater detail and it costs a fuckton of money.

Absolute suicidefuel. The only thing that could've bumped my 3/10 face to 4/4.5 is not possible or too expensive. What have I done to deserve such a fate?

While you cope and consult with doctors back and forth about all manner of complex, dangerous surgery options, Chad pumped and dumped your looksmatch.
