Yes. For example i have to solve 25 questions in 30 mins in this study session revise everything in an hour and things like this
Yeah on my phones note app. This is mine, bland but helps me keep track of tasks.

Yes but it just grows longer every day and I have a backlog of nearly a year of things to do. incel motivation.

I do write to-do lists; they are ambitious like reading a book in a day but lately, they are more in the back of my mind or my memory so not written. There are productivity adages like Parkinson's Law which help me and decrease the need of having a written to-do list, to me.
I don't, but it seems like a good idea.

In 2021 I made a list of goals to complete in 2022. There are 11 goals, but so far it can be said that I have only completed 2 goals.
