Why or why not? I used to work out a lot and all I have to show for it is a herniated disc. But alas I’m thinking of getting back into the gym doing mostly cardio. I’m tired of being a fat fuck that gets winded walking up a slight inclined hill.

never have never will

sometimes, im just lazy asf honestly

yeah it passes the time.

No, it's not worth it.

I try but I just ask myself for what

I play sports a lot so I practice for that

Yes, i gymmaxed in the morning

I do abt 50 to 100 pushups for not real reason

Yes but at my house, not in the gym.

If i'll break my depression curse, i'm planning to go to the gym after work. Not for gymmaxxing, because it's pointless, but for increasing my endurance & overall health.

I never had the energy and proper willpower to workout regularly. I used to run quite often when I was 14 and 15, and did ~3000m on Cooper test, tried by myself because my school didn't have it. Went to gym once alone but didn't have the motivation to go again. After my childhood I always have been kinda low on energy. Now I'm a fat fuck. Exercising and learning how to fight would be nice (for self-defense)

Sure its fun. At least i have something to do aside from wageslaving that makes me feel good.

I used to have a gym membership back in the day but I never really worked out seriously for long periods of time, most of the time I fucked around on some machines not really exercising or being on the stationary bike looking at the tv rather than work out.

I’ve been feeling pretty burned out lately, but I try to work out and take care of myself the best I can, even with my flat feet. I've always been naturally athletic and able-bodied. I try to hold on to that part of myself.

I thought about using my athleticism to get a fencing scholarship and pursue a doctorate in Computer Science, but I ultimately went with the latter.

very little, 2xweek, sometimes less

I do cardio mostly
I can't afford weights and a gym

Kinda, I do lots of walking if that counts

No, I prefer to sit drunk on park benches and talk to myself :feelsLightsaber::feelskek:

no gym for your face

I used to do it as a teenager, but I stopped doing it when I was 15-16 due to depression and now due to chronic prostatitis

Yes, I find joy in it

Not anymore, I lost the motivation. Luckily I don’t have the fat genes so I don’t gain weight easy.

Not anymore, although used to in my little looksmaxxing phase. Just ended up realizing that lifting was a cope for shortcels and focused on minimizing stress/retaining youth instead.

Yes, one recently started regularly walking. However, I haven’t done it for quite a few days…

Hm, maybe I’ll start early next morning? Let me sleep for now desu.

Yes, but I've been pretty slack on muscle building recently. Just been doing the fun stuff lately, went for a surf this morning, climb trees practically everyday, rock climb in the bush, etc.
