I had to buy an Irish spring bar since I ran out my dove men’s body wash and I’m broke asf to buy a body wash that’s not dove rn. I’m just using it as a temporary replacement until I can get moneys to buy dove body wash.

Idk how niggas use bars of soap, I’ve been using it for 3 days and my skin feels extremely dry as shit, even when I put on lotion it feels dry and my body hair follicles feels very fragile as well.

I used to be in charge of budget for groceries and buying stuff so I always cheaped out and got soap bars and I've gotten used to it, even though I used to use liquid in the past

I have bad skin and if i use just normal shampoo it will fuck me up, lots of 2 in 1s are fine though

I use Irish Springs bar soap for showering.

Head N Shoulders dandruff shampoo for hair and ban cotton scented deodorant after my showers and Colgate or Crest blue gel toothpaste for my teeth to complete my whole body cleansing routine.

Oh and Cerave face wash separately before showering since the dermatologist recommended it to me to help treat my eczema around my eyes and on my forehead which my various medications must’ve caused to flair up worse then it ever was but the great news is that Cerave and a steroid cream and ointment have basically knocked it back to where my face is damn near free of breakouts once again.

I just use AXE (or LYNX in some places) liquid body wash and it works well for me.

I started using gel body wash just a couple of years ago.

Easier to apply with a latherer and cuts down on the time.

Also I used to not use soap but found out that I can stay a little fresher for longer with it.
