Yeah, very rare cases tho. One of my favorite series(Magi) was done by a girl, it's rare but there are some X cases where they can match men.

most aesthetic theory holds the definition of art to a higher standard.
if you consider all drawing and dancing and singing of any kind to be art, you are right, but then even elephants and monkeys create art.
foids never reach any universal human truth with their art except by accident or imitation (plagiarism of men).
foids are too solipsistic so female "art" is mostly about being whores and drawing pictures of vaginas.

but still, not as good as men. Men don't usually cook, but when they do, it just tastes better because they are trying to achieve something. Whereas a foid would make an omelette for the sake of performing a duty that gives her value- they are not invested in it tasting good, if they are not eating it themselves-- but even then, it's an omelette lacking in aspiration.
The only thing they have insane aspirations for, is who they spend their time with.
