When I first wore glasses at school at age 12 I got an ugly look from a guy, like "ew he's even uglier now." I also recently got what I thought was an ugly look from a cashier when I wore my new glasses about a year or so ago.

Yeah it's why I basically never wear glasses in public despite my bad eyesight. I mainly use my glasses at home when I'm on my PC just because it makes the experience much better.

Brutal. I've tried switching to contact lenses but I legitimately can't put them into my eyes without me either flinching or them getting blocked by my eyelashes.

I can't use contacts because of my breath problems (that also cause problems in my eyes)
