There is a grey area of high-tier incel/low-tier normie, where its hard to tell for sure.
Like a guy in that grey area, say he does gymcel hardcore, and finishes college/trades school and gets a good job..and spends a lot of effort trying to talk to women over years.

Some people are simply attention whores. The moment they get bored of notification bells they'll start going outside to hang out with their normie friends and occasionally have sex.
