For anyone that doesn't know: It's from TNO (a HOI IV mod that shows alternative history where the Nazis won) and represents the most extreme form of national socialism with slave labour/no value of human life/etc. It was established in France/Belgium by Heinrich Himmler and can be adopted by other leaders like Tabortisky in Russia. It's basically a tranny angst fest.
Who would implement it, where, and with what resources and relying on what political opportunity?
If there was a good political opportunity, like a war, no one would give a fuck about incels, anything good that happened to them would be a distant side effect.
Additionally, even during a war or period of turmoil or period of "reversal of degeneracy", there's little reason for old relationships and old social networks and old status hierarchies to be suddenly broken up and destroyed, they would persist during war or even during a reversal of the sexual revolution.
Normies would be slightly more miserable/moral among themselves. Incels would be slightly more miserable/moral among themselves.
