The vast majority of foreigners in the Arab countries in the Persian Gulf region (like the UAE) are not illegal migrants. Heck, they are not even migrants ,most of them are just temporary foreign workers who work there for a short period of time so that they can save enough money ,then they return back to their own countries where they can use their savings to start small businesses. Also, Africa is not geographically close enough to these oil-rich countries so niggers can't easily go there. If you took a boat from Africa, the first thing you'll meet will be Yemen, which is already the poorest Arab country and they've had a civil war for almost 8 years now ,they even have shit like famine, cholera epidemic, ... etc. even most nigger countries are better. Libya is not an option either because they also have civil war (although it's been going on a low level for the past few years) and they are not as rich as the gulf countries.
