Discussion Do you think legal prostitution will ever come to other U.S. states?

Will it be legalized in more states?

Currently, prostitution is only legal in several Nevada counties. Apparently prostitution was also at one time “legal” in Rhode Island, since no statutes specifically forbidding the act existed. However that changed in 2009 after specific laws were passed.

Do you think that more states will ever allow legal prostitution? After all it’s considered the first ever job, and sex has the possibility to grow into one of the biggest legal industries if proper legislation is passed. Legalization will allow for a brand new regulated industry that is safer for both workers and consumers.

Typically conservatives are the ones to oppose this type of legalization. Over the past few years, we have seen a shift towards a more “blue” country. However in recent years, the political pendulum still seems to swing fairly equally, and no one party has had too much of an extended stay in the spotlight. Even though we currently have a lot of democrats in office, several urgent issues have pushed the distant possibility of legal prostitution even further on the back burner. I think it may be a very long time before the issue is even brought to prominence, let alone taken into serious consideration.

Probably in more states they’ll allow it since making it a legal industry is safer for the whores

Interesting, how long do you think that it will take for us to see that? I don’t think that many politicians consider it an urgent issue right now.

Nope, but I wonder if more incel shootings happened would they legalize it as a way to calm the storm. Eh, probably just a fantasy.

I imagine more liberal states like California and Oregon would maybe legalize in the next 5-10 years but states like Alabama and Texas probably never will

I have a feeling that if it happens it will be similar to the whole recreational marijuana legalization process :smonk:. Certain blue states will set a precedent and most others will quickly follow. The thing is, recreation marijuana was a really hot issue back then, something prostitution has never really been.

Maybe but it might become more of an issue due to increasing male sexlessness violence and the risks illegal prostitutes face like violence and STDs

Perhaps incels could peacefully and civilly reach out to their state government and bring up the idea. Has anyone ever tried this?

What a stupid country.

I guess no, because then prostitutes would have to pay taxes, and there is no way feminists are going to make prostitutes pay taxes. They will fight tooth and nail to keep prostitution tax-free and grey market, they'll decriminalize it and keep it under the table so the feminists stay happy.

No because Feminists are the biggest supporters of keeping prostitution illegal along with Christian-Cucks.

I wish they would make it legal but I doubt it.

I hope so. Honestly feminists are the wild card here:

It's better for the pussy cartel to keep it illegal because it keeps the price of pussy high. If dudes could just go bust a nut for 60 bucks they wouldn't need to simp so hard and give foids so much value. But there is a lot of feminist types like kamala harris who think it should be a foids right or something to sell her body? :lul::lul::lul: i mean fuck foids rights but i'll take it if it gets me laid

there's gonna be a lot of inertia too just because its not socially acceptable and its currently illegal and there's christcucks who like to tell people what to do. so probably not anytime soon

part of me likes the idea of sluts getting punished for being sluts:feelsEhh:

US is fucking weird with its based free speech and gun laws but cucked age of consent and prostitution laws. :feelskek:

They don't want undesirable males to experience sex with foids, not even for money.

Only if an incel President is elected

not any time soon
