yes absolutely. We have done it with dogs. We can do it with humans. if virtual worlds become real eventually. I hope to go to one where I see dwarfs fighting Giants in a death tournament.
You could probably get close, but every person being a 7 footer or literal 3 feeter would be impossible, it'd be more like a range where 95% are below or above x height or something.
