True yes I mostly just said this due to the fact of Hitler using elements from Italian Fascism combined with unique things from Hitler, and he viewed the march on Rome in 1922 as a model to emulate (we can see that with the 1923 beer hall putsch). Also Italians in general were not included in Hitler's brand of Nordicism. He likely saw them as a middle race, and thus inferior to Germans.
