Squat: 225 for 10 reps
Dumbbell Bench Press: 90 per dumbbell for 10 reps
Overhead Press: 75 per dumbbell for 10 reps

Also people lift for different reasons. Some lift for strength, some lift for their sport, and some lift for aesthetics. Not everyone lifts for the same reason.

When I started lifting, I was 60kg-62kg and now I'm 74.5-76kg at 176cm. Even with mostly a strength focus, I still got bigger.
