Yes and no. On the one hand there are very few natural environments left ergo acting like a modern caveman in current day society would not make too much sense. However just spending time in nature and enjoying it is good advice.

I think enjoying nature as long as you enjoy it is good and just following your feelings and instincts is also very good for your inner self as a man.
good nutrition can help you but in the looks department it makes such little difference you're better off not doing it if improving your looks is the reason you do it
I have accepted that no amount of copium can change these looks, so yea it's for the pleasure and health and just feeling better.

I see. I played soccer for a few years, I'm more of a sprinter than to run long distances. Maybe that's why I didn't last long in soccer.
if you are a sprinter you might have really good force production so maybe u could be really strong in the gym
