Like for example a person who is so disfigured that they get automatic sympathy points from the opposite sex. Whereas the averagely ugly guy won't get any sympathy because he just get ignored. Is that why some physically disfigured people get girlfriends just for sympathy points? Like their actually higher on the scale then regular incels due to pity?
