I’ve done B for a little and omega 3 capsules I do pretty rarely so it doesn’t really count.

I try to also have close to 100g of protein a day incorporated throughout whatever I eat.
 
I take a multi, B12, fish oil and a few others. Not sure if it does anything

I know about the purported benefits, I really just don't notice a difference. Been taking it for months now
 
I have to take B12, iron and folic acid because I have severe deficiencies lol

Magnesium, zinc and calcium are important ones for guys
 
Vitamin D because I have weak bones, and creatine for the gym.

Haha very nice. I take it, it’s one of your favorite movies as well?
 
I take a multivitamin every day along with half a glass of diluted magnesium. I also took selenium and vitamin d3 + vitamin k2 but I ran out.
