I bought some vitamins this week, I'm going to combine it with my new eating routine.

I take a bunch in one drink that I get. Vitamin C and D are the main ones. I’m probably going to add K soon as that doesn’t come in the drink but I know it’s great for you.

I've tried tons of supplements but couldn't really feel a difference. Only one I think helped is vitamin d

Zinc, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin C, Vitamin E.

never tried suplements and never will plus they're expensive asf

Vitamin D has helped me a lot, but I'm worried about excess calcium that may occur

Waste of money. Eat no-sugar pies.

Skin is a tad bit better yeah, vision also can improve from it apparently.
This is good, what really helped me with the skin was the vitamin C but I'm going to try it anyway starting tomorrow,,, thanks for the tip brocel

I Take Heroin ( In Roblox )

Drugs don't count brocel
I have many pure supplements which aren't drugs.
  • multivitamin
  • vitamin d
  • antioxidant mix
  • creatine
  • fish oil
  • fiber gummies
  • dead bull spleen pills

I take alcohol

Did you see any difference with creatine?
And what would be the last one you quoted?

Supplements will not help if your constantly under so much stress in life.
When put under stress your body is literally killing itself in the process.
The best supplement would be being treated like a human being to have good health honestly.
I don't stress as much as before brocel, I'm in a reasonable good moment

How does the antioxidant mix help you ? Also, how has creatine benefited you, and what is dead bull spleen pills ?

This reminds me I need to remember to take my K2+D3 and Zinc Quercetin supplements more often.

Zinc Quercetin? Never heard of that. I take Zinc Sulfate which helps my skin the most.

have been having it due to low blood cell count
antioxidant mix either does nothing it helps with my skin. At least I have noticed my skin is probably a bit less dry than it used to be but again not absolutely certain

I'll take a look at it. About creatine, I used it a while ago to help with my training, but I didn't see much difference in the medium term
Yeah I am considering getting into it also :feelsjuice:.

What would help you in this matter would be vitamin B12 and C brocel, at least I believe that the results would be better maybe?

It's supposed to help prevent diseases like COVID. My family and I started taking it after we suspected we may have had COVID after Thanksgiving 2020 but didn't get tested; and every single COVID test I did have came back negative.
