Venting do you stop enjoying things when other people you hate enjoy the same thing?

that's what happens to me, when I see other people i hate enjoying the same thing i like, i just start to feel repulsion for that thing
it's not voluntary, it just makes me sick, i don't want to think about them or remember them when i play videogames (for example)

i hate almost everything now, and it makes me sick.
i just listen to music and think about myself most of the time. i don't want to think of anything to remind me of them.
