Experiment Do you see (adult) females as fully sentient human beings?
I think women mature more quickly than men in childhood, however their overall maturity/awareness caps off at adolescent male level.
I actually think they're completely devoid of consciousness. They're probably NPCs in fact.

Calling them disposable is just the same as calling men disposable if your thinking in terms of not letting the species go extinct.
Realistically I think they expire after 3-5 total bodies before they lose there value as a wife.
