Do you rely on medication to fall asleep and do you when drinking alcohol take them or drink until passing out?

Have you tried Dormonid? I got high off of a couple pills once (in minecraft) and couldnt remember anything at all the next day jfl.

Taking them with alc makes ya nauseas

alcohol ruins sleep quality so best to avoid as sleep aid many alternatives

I drink warm milk and the computer is programmed to turn the screen to warm red light as soon as the sun goes down. the same goes for the cell phone.
