Ayo I hate dogs! They are working animals, and their place is on farms, with hunters, and with professionals. In residential areas, dogs are dangerous and a nuisance, and I believe most dog owners break many existing laws daily. Also, there are these stats:

Dogs have no place in public areas, especially not where food is served or in confined places where we all have to smell your mutt or can't escape if it decides to attack. Cats. They're quiet, respect personal spaces/boundaries, have a sense of hygiene, don't attack you unprovoked, kill mice and rats that can bring plagues and they're more intelligent than mutts that eat feces and vomit.
