Ice cold with wind and snow is literal heaven. Cozied up in my warm bed, hibernating and drowning in the pleasure of my dreams and delusions with no normies to annoy me
The cold is infinitely better, especially because of how hot and humid it can get where I live.
This decision is easy. Being outside in the cold is literally life-threatening and complete and utter misery. Warm weather, on the other hand, can be bothersome, but it's easier to manage in comparison.

They both suck but if I had to pick, cold is still more tolerable. Heat makes me feel like I am going to die. It's much easier to overheat than freeze to death. If it's cold you can bundle up or just turn on a portable heater easily too, but if it's hot and you don't have an AC? You are fucked. Even being naked won't help, and once it's past a certain temperature, fan and wind doesn't help either, you're just in a convention oven at that point.

Luckily, it only gets really hot here relatively rarely, and for most of the year it's quite pleasant.

Windy weather with sleet or rain at 2-5Β°C is truly awful.
On the other hand, I can easily tolerate dry, cold -5Β°C with hardly any wind.
Even snow is more pleasant than rain or sleet and feels less cold to me.

I prefer colder temperatures because I dress with many layers. In summer I have to remove some layers.

That's very rare here, though. Last winter, the coldest temperature was maybe -8Β°C. Most of the time it's above freezing; this area is one of the mildest in Germany, just like you come from one of the hottest parts of Spain.

Yes, the last few days we've had temperatures of 15-20Β°C during the day and maybe 13-15Β°C in the evening. It was too warm for me to wear a jacket, and I don't have a lighter one.
So I went out like that.
Later it cooled down to about 8Β°C, but it didn't bother me.
Did you have to keep your body moving?
I've snowboarded in cold temperatures with only a shirt on because I was too hot with the big jacket
