Me personally regretting doing ff7 1997 blind run rn, kinda struggling at final boss and looked up some materia combinations only to miss shitton of them and be underpowered asf.
do you play completely blind or look up some op builds or where rare items are?
I play all games completely blind at first, but later on i'll eventually look things up

same, I don't always look things up sometimes I just play completely blind unless I'm too lost or something but I have plenty of time to usually go through and figure things out on my own
Blind unless it's a mp game then i want a competitive build/unlocks/characters/weapons/etc. With old games if i struggle to find out the way i will look at the walkthrough or guide to not spend too much time getting stuck.
