If that was the case i wouldn't be able to listen to 80% of nip bands as almost all of them look like fags. I just don't try to look up anything more than their music in mp3 format (or on spotify) it's better to be oblivious than to get disgusted/disappointed.
I'm kinda weird in that regard than because I need music video visuals to accompany the music while listening. The band needs to have presence and make the music feel alive, for me at least.
This is my opinion but I dont like nippon music because the vocals are awful and asians can't master and mix audio properly
Most jpop when it comes mastering, the instruments are drowning each other out, you can barely hear the lead and rhythm, its all a giant wall of sound
Why do jpop songs crank the treble fucking high up? It sounds like the song is recorded in a storm drain
