Discussion Do you look worse with or without a beard?

One of the only reasons i grow my facial hair out is to hide my jawline i basically have two options,shave and expose my bad jawline or grow it out to where i then look much older than my actual age.

I can't grow beard (genetic issue in my family) so I don't know how I would look with one.

I have no chin, it connects to my neck, so if I don't grow a goatee (can't grow a beard) there's no border, which makes me look way worse.
