Someone I know said that it was kind of unusual that I like Bond. Surely not! So I will make this poll

I'm a Brit though so I'm sure that affects it significantly, heh

I've seen Dr No, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, You Only Live Twice, The Spy Who Loved Me, and then every one from GoldenEye onwards

I guess I'm a semi fan. I've seen most of the bond movies except the last 2. It's an unpopular opinion but I really only like the 1980s Roger Moore Bond movies. The Sean Connery ones are just too old, the Pierce Brosnan ones are so-so (Goldeneye is superb tho) and all the recent ones with Daniel Craig have been utter garbage.

They are going woke now so say goodbye to that franchise.

To be honest I pretty much like all the ones I've seen other than Skyfall which is really not my thing. And Tomorrow Never Dies was a bit weak. Other than that all pretty solid so far

Still watch from time to time. I have a soft spot for Die Another Day, even though second half is dumb, invisible car? I like License to Kill, Golden-eye, Live and Let Die, and Casino Royale to name a few.

Is "silly" necessarily bad? Couldn't it equally well just be called "playful"?

I am glad that some of the movies in the series are more serious though like Casino Royale, because it provides variety.

No I didn't mean bad, you just really have to suspend disbelief at times. I still enjoy the films.

Love the old ones with Sean Connery and Roger Moore. The only recent one i've seen is Casino Royal. It was ok but i prefer the old bonds, super chads.

i really love james bond.
john gardner's novels are the best.
in "win, lose, or die" bond kills an entire ship full of terrorist foids, and i like the way in gardner's novels, the foids nearly always turn out to be betrayers and he doesn't shy away from having bond kill them.

I like the movies, although I always wanted to be a villain as a child because they have the cool stuff like an aquarium of sharks, piranhas or maybe some blue-ringed octopus or a lazer to blow up the planet. Always was in favour of villains.
