yeah that pretty much sums up what ive been going through lol. im just tryna get down some consistent form i guess because i lack it and there is logically 0 way that my subhuman body gets weaker at doing the same thing over and over. also ur decently strong at 52x5 thats like above avg compared to the general populationSame, im just keep going in circle with the same weights without improving. I barely bench-pressed 52kg 5 reps then 4 reps and i couldnt do anymore, pathetic. Im going now with 2x15kg dumbells, ill try 3x30 reps.

Benchpress or shoulder press? its easier when you lay down, I have a big piece of thick sponge from old sofa, i cut it to allow me bigger range of motion. Its not much different from an actual bench in practice.I cannot express how my exercise routine looks like any better.
