I don't because I'm too lazy to go to the gym everyday and do a hypercaloric diet to build muscle so lifting doesn't work for me.

yeah that pretty much sums up what ive been going through lol. im just tryna get down some consistent form i guess because i lack it and there is logically 0 way that my subhuman body gets weaker at doing the same thing over and over. also ur decently strong at 52x5 thats like above avg compared to the general population

I'm doing 2x7,5 kg dumbbells, but can barely do 3x10, even when standing up.
Benchpress or shoulder press? its easier when you lay down, I have a big piece of thick sponge from old sofa, i cut it to allow me bigger range of motion. Its not much different from an actual bench in practice.
 
I felt for the fasting meme. Eventually started losing fat as well as muscle mass :feelsohgod: and ended up with the cursed body type "skinny fat " with side belly fat and a chubby face :cryfeels:
 
Corona forces me to work out from home and that's not going so well.

Not anymore. I used to like crazy and used to got compliments on my strength because I strength mogged a lot of guys larger than me. It made me really angry though when I got shit on all the time over my appearance and I knew I could beat their ass. I stopped because I got tired of all the rage I was feeling that I had to suppress. I feel more calm and at peace now that I'm scrawny and weak
