I'm an American myself, so clearly biased, but personally I love my country. Don't get me wrong, our country is far from perfect, our politicians are dogshit and so is our healthcare system, but even with the problems we have, i cannot think of another country I would have rather been born in.
Canada: Dogshit economy and housing market. Somehow has the per capita GDP of west virginia with the housing prices of socal.
Western europe: Expensive housing compared to average income. Draconian laws severely restricting freedom of speech. People are arrested for literal jokes. Generally bad cost of living to average income ratio.
Australia: Pretty much same issues as western europe. They're probably even more draconian because they even ban some video games because they're "too violent".
Eastern europe: Horrible economy. Most people I talk to who live there either want to leave or are planning on leaving. They have high suicide and alcoholism rates for a reason. Would be nice to live in if rich, but I'd end up being at the very bottom of the socioeconomic ladder due to having a low IQ.
UAE, Qutar (and other rich arab nations): Lots of draconian laws. Would suck to live in if you're not a muslim.
Japan, South Korea, Singapore: While I envy the high trust society aspects of these nations, I absolutely HATE neijuan (see:
https://incels.is/threads/neijuan-omnipresent-hyper-competitiveness-a-must-read-post.734744/ ). Personally I hate my job and working in general, and east asia has the worst work culture on the planet.
China: Same issues as Japan/Singapore/South Korea but without ANY of the advantages of those countries. Much of it is very poor and underdeveloped (and given my low IQ, I'd end up living in such conditions as opposed to the wealthier parts of Shanghai or Shenzen that the Chinese government loves to show off. Draconian laws. Somehow doesn't have a single payer healthcare system despite calling itself "communist".
Everywhere else is third world, nuff said.
I understand why some countries hate us, our foreign policy is shit. But the average lower class citizen in America has a better life than the average citizen of comparable socio-economic status of probably any other country on the planet.
