Do you guys think ascention is possible for you if you got surgery?
My face is so bad that surgery would probably make it even worse. I also have terrible luck in everything so I would probably die from the surgery as well.

No, there's too much wrong with me. If I got all of the surgeries that I require, I would end up looking like Bogdanoff. In addition, I would still be non-NT.

I think I have a decent base. I am above average height and decent physique but thr problem is I am an ugly ogre. My features are all very wide and pudgy. I kinda look an even more ogre version of Tom brady before his surgeries.

The main problem with surgeries is the cost to benefit ratio is just not there. With the money that it would to take ascend my face I could just buy better copes. Why pay 40k for jaw surgery when you can get a top tier escort? . With 40k I could literally buy a car, a gaming pc and still have enough money left to get GL escort. All things that would actually make me happy. I could do that or just get an invasive surgery and be bed ridden for 3 months to possibly ascend by a few points to again compete in a rigged game.

Very true. Even if you were to get all those surgeries it isn't guaranteed you'll look good enough to have women attracted to you. Might as well just spend that money on copes.
With a lot of money could probably be a chadlite, but there's a good chance that it goes terribly wrong too.
I'll need a massive amount of surgeries to fix all my failos, and I doubt all of them will be successful. But if they all are then yeah I'd be very high PSL. I neither have the money or the time. It's ovER
