i think its a stupid question because no govt will ever adopt eugenicist policies. unless you consider foids to be innately eugenicist

Foids are eugenicist but they're bad at it. Their innate programming is to select what their brain thinks is the fittest for survival, that's why height, muscles and all those masculine traits are desired for them over anything else. To be fair to foids this was an important trait hundred years ago, but it's not like that anymore - that's why letting women select never will work in modern societies.

Imagine the competition for things like jobs if everyone was a high IQ good looking specimen.

Yeah, those in power would never want people to be smart since they would lose their natural advantage. If they wanted to they could basically end almost every inequality easily, then genetic differences would matter little to nothing. But why would they do that if they can maintain their advantage so easily

So yeah, I'm not completely against eugenics but this would need to be studied through so we don't end like those weird dog breeds humans created messing up nature.
