Showering is just one of the monotonous tasks I have to do daily, not much thought put into it. Not even particularly to be clean, going through routine just helps me forget everything at times. No thoughts. 
Every blue moon. I just keep my feet clean by wearing socks and use bicarb soda under my arms to stop smelling like shit. I save a lot of money by having my hot water heater turned off. I have plenty of ways to squeeze every penny since I don't work because i'm semi retarded.
