I've never had them visible, only noticed them today. Probably because of all the gymmaxxing I've been doing.

Do people usually have them visible like this? Or is it a sign of roidmaxxing?

yes actually, i always thought they were scars or birth marks because they didn't look like veins, but yeah they look just like yours.
