My dad had a dog, I didn’t really love it, it was his dog. Sadly, he loved the dog more than me, and when the dog died in 2014 - that was one event that acted as a catalyst for my relationship between him and I to end. I haven’t seen my dad physically since 2014, and he lives just across town from me.

I want to have one but I dont know what pet to get

it has to be some low maintained pet I wont have to ever clean after and I have to be able to hold it in my hand

i truly like animals so NO, i don't have pets since i live in a city.
If i had 50'000m2 field maybe i would have a couple of cats and a dog, maybe.

My dad and I look after a my mother's pet, which she left behind when she passed. We're not the best at taking care of animals, but she seems happy enough, and is well-fed and watered. She does have arthritis, but that's just because she's old, and she gets medicine daily for it. It's just the grooming that we can't seem to keep up with.
