Kinda, and yes it's suifuel when you wake up.
lately i just have a long uninterrupted train of negative thoughts related to women and my life in general which is not broken at all during sleep, so I wake up in the exact same bad mood and thinking the same things I was when I went to sleep, even after 8 hours of sleep, makes the days bleed together into one continuous hell
I'm usually at peace in my dreams.

Yes, all the time. I once dreamed I stole a kiss from my onitis and then threw a ninja smoke ball on the floor to disappear.
Yes sometimes i see sleep paralysis and it is pretty bad.
Tbh, it's been a long time since I've had nightmares.
My dreams are always surreal and generally peaceful. Sleep is the only real peace I ever get.
