This is easily corrected with surgery. Live with mom and pop, wagecel, save up around $5000, and set up an appointment in Mexico. Or take out a credit loan if you can't find a job and don't mind some debt. Swelling will puff you up for a couple months though, so keep that in mind.
I'd agree if I got fat because of my own volition, I didn't, I got fat as a kid. I've done multiple fasts, and not eating isn't a big deal for me, and I already lost 100 pounds last year.

You have to befriend her to a certain point, where the both of you are in contact everyday
Then you can take it in a direction where she knows that you are interested in her, and then you can ask her out
So like, hey wanna grab a drink after work or something like that
If you are good at it, maybe you can seal the deal
But this is so hypothetical, there is so much stuff to do and things to work, so it can work
