I tried skinmaxxing with tretinoin and it completely ruined my skin and destroyed the fat pads under my eyes.

Same here. Whenever I tried to do a face routine my acne got worse. Now I just do water and whatever body wash shit I happen to buy while showering.

I quite literally have to, not by choice, but because if I don't - I will literally have severe and chronic cystic acne 24/7 | 365. No matter how much time passes, my skin and its vulnerability to acne is the same as it was 10 years ago. It's cursed.
As in, I have to use 1% tretinoin every night and wash my face twice a day with benzoyl peroxide. And of course, that includes moisturizing because my protocol is tantamount to nuking my face every day.
