Discussion Do you get mistaken for younger or older than you are?

I see so many posts here where others describe themselves looking younger than they are while for me I've always looked older.

In HS I remember these younger kids in the corner of my eye pointing at me and one said to the other something along the lines of "does that guy look like someone doing his (country-specific name for HS diploma)". By then my hair was already graying and receding and I already had faint smile lines on my face.
Not long after that when I was doing my learners permit test for a motorcycle the instructor was surprised to see my DOB make me younger than I look. He even said to the other instructor there to guess how old I am and was surprised to see. I'm quickly rotting away, I can only imagine what I'll look like at 30.
