Such is the nature of being a subhuman, regardless of your NT status; being forever genetically cursed and held in contempt by most, instantly being treated with fully accepted mockery and belittlement by the average foid or normie/cuck/Chad, will quite likely make you feel like an outcast/alien, as you describe, not to mention the widely differing circumstances and events of our lives compared to others...

I always avoid walking with the crowd, I prefer to go alone in the loneliest streets, even if they are dangerous, instead of seeing girls I will never fuck and guys who look better than me.
