Normally I don't say I have high standards, but I want a "functional" human being. So sometimes some "ForeverAloneWomen" who are in a wheelchair etc. post lamenting that they cannot find anyone and ... idk, of course it's entitled a bit, but I don't want to be just a caregiver in a relationship, I want it to be a normal relationship, so I would not want to date them. And then I feel kinda bad because ... they seem to share the same struggles as me (of course it's a much lower percentage) and I feel empathy.
But ironically I don't for all the women I would want to date because, well, they could have me. But it's hypocritical because there are women out there who I wouldn't date, and in some way autism is a mental illness, so they are "right" in not wanting to date people like me. I'm not sure how I should process this.
How do you feel about it? Are there any women you wouldn't date? Do you feel different about them compared to other women complaining about feeling lonely you would date?
