Despite my best efforts to get my dad to understand my situation and help me, he refuses to acknowledge my direct circumstances which causes me to resent him and curse him for condemning me to this life of never ending struggle.

They can't help me. They give me positive mumbo-jumbo normie advice. The same old bullshit that never works. But the truth is obvious, I'm not as dumb as I look, there's a reason they don't ask if I have a gf or not.
