Discussion Do you carry cash or only use credit/debit cards?

I don't have a credit card, only two different debit cards (one from my main account that I receive rent money and the other where my inheritance was deposited) and i also keep some cash in my house (Usually 5-10k) in case of an emergency.

I never got the point of using a credit card, It's a scam where broke people buy things they can't afford and pay it with interest every month.
I prefer to pay with cash and use my cards for bank withdrawals.
I only buy things with my card when the purchase exceeds 2k.

What about you? do you also use cash only or do you use cards?

Must have a minimum of £500 in my wallet at all times. Currently at £800.
Use my card for monthly food purchases. When I need to purchase something costly I take the exact cash amount and deposit it at the bank.
Only debit card. Never used credit.

i go without money outside since i don't have anything to buy.
if i want transport then i would go into the bus without paying a single dime since i have a fake bus ticket card that allow me to get free transport
