Im depressed phases or sometimes on the weekend I don't care, but usually I minmaxx fingernails, eyebrows and so on. Everything helps to give me a little better feeling about myself when going public.

When I ldar'd in my early 20s I would go over a week without bathing. Now I feel gross if I go more than 24 hours unless I didn't sweat or leave my room at all.

Might skip 2 days of showering when I'm at home whole day and not engaging in any physical activity. Other than that I get my hair trimmed regularly, take care of skin, wear fresh clothes and live in a clean environment. The only times when my hygiene goes down is when I get depressed, but I never skip more than 3 days of shower, but I still often will do a bird bath before sleep.
