Im talking about basic shit like working out once in a while and not eating shitty food and rotting all day.
Im 20-30 years old (im not saying my exact age, suck my dick glowniggers) and Im having back pain and shit that only 50-60+ year olds have, because I have to sit down all day to do my work and my posture is shit.
Im thinking about working out a little bit every day but idk i'll probably stop in the first few days
Anyone else dealing with back pain and shitty health problems at 20-30 years old? Do you work out sometimes or do you just rot all day?
