Before you sperg out and call me a cuck/simp/normie/graycel, read my whole thread.
Im talking about basic shit like working out once in a while and not eating shitty food and rotting all day.
Im 20-30 years old (im not saying my exact age, suck my dick glowniggers) and Im having back pain and shit that only 50-60+ year olds have, because I have to sit down all day to do my work and my posture is shit.
Im thinking about working out a little bit every day but idk i'll probably stop in the first few days
Anyone else dealing with back pain and shitty health problems at 20-30 years old? Do you work out sometimes or do you just rot all day?
 
Nigga what resources do you need to take a long walk and stretch out sometimes
I was thinking to lift and to buy nutrition to make gains and stuff but that works to i guess

I do five to ten minutes exercise every day.

I've a book from World War One called The Manual of Physical Training (it's which is based on the Swedish Ling system. They are mostly stretches that apply pressure to organs a bit like Yoga I suppose.

The gyms in them days had ropes and wall bars to do some of the exercises. I would join a gym if I could find one fitted out like that but now they are all machines, weights and mirrors on the wall instead of wall bars so foids can show off and simps drool over them.

Wall bars can be bought on Amazon though and I'm thinking of buying a set.

Here is a video of the Ling system in use. It looks like it won't give much benefit but I've noticed a difference after a few months and may well help with posture and back pain and like I said only needs 5 or 10 min a day.

yes and this is precisely why, had to stop sitting so much and exercise a bit because my back pain was so bad :dafuckfeels:

I don't have wall bars or benches but I do many of the solo exercises in the kitchen while I'm waiting for my dinner to cook.

They are so easy that it's no trouble keeping up a routine and I've noticed a big difference in myself. More toned and easy to bend down and twist.

Before I started the exercises I could hardly lift myself off the floor.

Absolutely, but only meaningful self improvement. I focus on things that are hard to change, like surgerymaxx.

Yes absolutely, being healthier and more agile especially at later age is really important.
 
I think self-improvement is useless for people that can’t use it to improve their social standing.

Makes sense for normies because they’re natural social climbers, so they figure they can go places by improving their looks/skills/charisma etc.

If someone who hasn’t been considered human enough to get a chance at reproduction goes through that path, he’ll always be seen as “off”, “overcompensating”, “self-centered”, and so on.

I believe in sel improvement but not only for one self- Competition is ingrained in us.

Self improvement for me is working out 4x days a week and practicing guitar, piano and languages.

whats the point? Im used to suffer, So i can take all the health problems this reality throws at me and withstand the pain. I just dont give a fuck anymore.

I don't want to be a fat fuck, therefore I diet.

I'm always trying to stop my life from getting worse.

At the moment I'm addicted to films, TV series, Foxnews, Bribart, NationalReview and Bitchute websites and I'm trying to stop but it's not working.
 
yeah it's kinda addicting to gymmaxx because I actually feel manly and strong

would study, trade or cryptomaxx but I'm way too much of a ADHDtard to learn how to do it
