Whenever I see couples out and about and especially when I witness them being intimate like holding hands or kissing eachother it makes me want to grab their heads and repeatedly smash them into eachother untill there's nothing more than a bloody fleshy pulp with skull fragments left where the heads used to be with them frantically gurgling and gasping for breath as they twitch and die in a pool of their own blood. It is especially bad when I clearly mog the dude and it enrages me even more that they are blessed and lucky enough to get foids while I have to rot in solitude. I even have some normie friends but if I see them with their foid I get the exact same feelings and urges and the fact I'm acquainted with them does not really make a difference to me.
